Estacio Lighthouse

This construction from 1957 is on top of Estacio, a channel connecting Mar Menor to the Mediterranean Sea. This 29-meter lighthouse, equipped with modern materials and automated lighting devices, replaces the former one built in 1862. This magnificent tower with black and white stripes, has a sixth-order light beam that reaches as far as 14 miles.
