Spanish name: Faro de Cabo Tiñoso
The Cape Tiñoso lighthouse sits on top of the cape hill, 136 meters above sea level. The lighthouse, originally built in 1859, has been upgraded several times, the last time in 1970 when the automatic electric system was put into service.
The building has a white 10-meter concrete tower visible from a distance of 24 nautical miles (44.5 kilometers).
