When the summer is gone, birds arrive in their migration to the south. The salt flats of Salinas de San Pedro, a place with shallow waters and a rich seabed, are a perfect spot for migratory birds to stop. Dawn is the best time to see them, as the bird morning chirping and bright colors of the early morning create a beautiful setting full of seagulls, flamingos and other migratory species that mix in the giant reed, rush, maritime pines and other typical salt marsh vegetation.
