Hike to Cabezo Gordo, Torre Pacheco
Hiking to the Cabezo Gordo rocky headland, located in the plains opposite Mar Menor, is great exercise and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy magnificent views of Mar Menor and the stretch of land splitting the waters.
Although the hike is not long, you still need to be in good shape as part of the way requires climbing. To start the trail, look for Centro de Interpretación de la Sima de las Palomas.
