Trail from the cove of Cala Reona to Calblanque and back to Cala Reona

On the RM-12 freeway (towards La Manga), take the first exit for Cabo de Palos/Salinas (exit 13). Be careful as there is a speed radar (limit 100 km/h) some 100 meters before the exit. After taking the exit, you will come to a roundabout; take the road towards Cala Reona.  Once there, park on the road right before the cove, some 400 meters from the beach, and take the trail to Calblanque.

 

The trail is very easy. Where the trail begins to go down to the beach of Calblanque, take a little path on the left; pay attention because it is not that easy to see. Before walking down, the views of the entire Calblanque Regional Park are magnificent. Although the trail is narrow, there aren't many people on it and it is only for pedestrians (occasionally some mountain bikers too).
