The Cartagena City Hall allows nudity in designated areas of its municipality, mostly in the Calblanque Regional Park, where people with and without clothes are welcome!  If you enjoy being without clothes on a beach, we recommend the beautiful, peaceful setting of Playa Parreño, away from it all.
