Monument to the Drum

In honor of the Night of drums held every Easter Tuesday and coinciding with the inauguration of the Town Hall Square, this monument was built in the year 2000. The bronze sculpture by Valencian artist Rafael Pi Belda represents two drum players facing each other while beating their drums in what is known as “pangana”.
