This 1913 construction by architect Beltrí Roquetas was declared site of Cultural Interest. The house, owned by the most powerful businessperson in the Sierra, has an ample ground floor and first floor, as well as a large garden decorated according to local tradition, with plant-covered walls, cubic forms and exposed bricks. The modernist viewpoint with its zinc dome is very exotic, whereas the rest of house areas have an air of functionality and relaxation.
