Casa de la Tercia, used as a grain house in the 18th century, was built by the Vélez Marquis. The house was renovated many times and owned by different people, including the Count of Elda and the Duke of Bibona. In the 19th century, the house was transformed into a ball room and center for social activities where the merchant middle class used to meet. One of the main features of the facade is the Marquis emblem, declared site of Cultural Interest.
