Spanish name: Museo del Esparto

This unique museum, located in the basement of the small palace of Villarías, displays esparto-made pieces that reflect an art form still alive in the municipality of Archena.

Some of the pieces shown at the museum are esparto tools and objects belonging to the St. John the Baptist Church, as well as farming implements and utensils, such as a stone thresher and a Murcian well.
