16th century. Former house of the
López-Ferrer family, with a lovely Hispanic-Muslim garden. The original building was
erected on request of Mr. Gil Rodríguez de Junterón, Protonotary of the Pope Julius II and Archdeacon of Lorca.
The museum is divided as follows:

Ground floor: temporary exhibitions, Muslim Murcia and the Segura River Valley in the old days.

First floor: Christian Murcia, Baroque Murcia, the Cathedral, the King Alfonso X, 18th-century Murcia.

Second floor: The 20th century and Murcia today, Nativity Scene, Administration.
Visiting Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 2pm and 5pm - 8pm
- Sunday and public holidays: 11am - 2pm
- Closed on Monday
