Thader Shopping Centre is a shopping centre located on the outskirts of Murcia, on Avenida Juan de Borbon, just 3 minutes from the Plaza Circular. It is one of the largest shopping and entertainment complex in Murcia. It was inaugurated on 18 October 2006. It has an area of 13, ha, of which 6.7 are for the 135 shops, restaurants and services. The remaining 6.4 hectares are allocated to open spaces and parking spaces.

Architecturally, it is a unique building structure into 2 commercial floors plus an underground parking garage with 2,000 free parking spaces (6,500 free parking spaces around the center). Prominent for many outdoor spaces.
