Spanish name: Casa Zapata
Casa Zapata, modernist building designed by architect Víctor Beltrí in 1910 in Plaza de España, Cartagena, has Gothic characteristics and was influenced by Gaudi's style. Two of the main features in the facade are two columns supporting the doorway and crenellated tower, as well as its Vienna-influenced wall finishes. Inside the house there is a square, neo-nazarí patio with Mudejar plastering and polychrome tiles, covered by a dome decorated in iron and glass.
