Torre Pacheco Town Hall

After a contest to award the best design for the new town hall, the team led by Javier Martínez Pérez was given this project in which spaces and white color stand out.

 

The facade is used as a giant screen on which ads, news and images are projected, whereas the building access is a continuation of the square, which seems to merge into the new town hall.

 

Large indoor spaces, double heights and natural lighting give a feeling of verticality and transparency. The building has two stories, parking lot, indoor patios and soon will be equipped with solar panels with the idea of making it energy independent and sustainable.
