The Porche of San Antonio

The tower, where the Porche of San Antonio is located, was rebuilt on the foundations of the Almohad tower (1170) after the Castilian occupation (1244). The mud walls were substituted for stone walls and bricked arches that propped the entrance roof situated inside. The gate was built with two wooden planks possibly lined with iron sheets.
