Spanish name: Casa de los Nueve Pisos
20th century. It was costructed by the architect José Antonio Rodríguez between 1914 and 1942. It was erected over the patio of the former College of the Annunciation, founded by the Jesuits in the 18th century, and from which it maintains part of the cloister inside and the entryway of one of the facades. The former building also housed the Royal Factory for spinning and Piedmont silk throwing.
