The District of the Roman Forum.Molinete

Ancient Carthago Nova.

This is a Roman district in the immediate surroundings of the colony´s forum, dating from the 1st century BC.Within it are the thermal bath complex, including a colonnaded courtyard and the atrium building which was used for religious banquets. The walls still standing are up to 4 metres high, and the original murals can still be seen.
