San Mateo Church

Located in the heart of Lorca, between the streets Lope Gisbert and Presbítero Emiliano Garcia, Church of San Mateo is in Baroque style, with Latin cross plant with three naves. From inside highlight the main altarpiece by Jerónimo Caballero, the carvings of the four evangelists in the pendentives by Juan Dimas and some pictures by painters of the seventeenth century, as Miguel de Toledo and Camacho.
