Spanish name: Iglesia de San Francisco y Capilla de Las Angustias
The San Francisco Church was built by the Franciscans at the end of the 16th century, and is highlighted by the magnificent belfry. The "Virgen de las Angustias" Chapel, from beginning of the 18th century, is a jewel of the baroque from the Levante region of Spain with the admirable lady chapel of Valencian tiles, with Salomonic columns which the main image and a four-round-arch hanging vault which is fully suspended.
