Paseo de la Ermita Statue

-Abarán-

Spanish name: Estatua Paseo de la Ermita

Estatua Paseo de la Ermita This full-size statue was sculpted to honor one of the most popular festivities in the municipality of Abarán: Gigantes y Cabezudos. The statue, built using an old traditional method known as “lost wax technique”, represents Eladio or Tío Pajero. On the lower part of the statue there is a plate with an inscription in Spanish meaning: "Tradition keeps alive the memory of those before us".
