Spanish name: Casa de los Menchirón Pérez-Monte
This manor house was built for the Menchirón Pérez-Monte family to be used as their permanent residence in one of the most important areas of the town.
The buildin was completed in 1711, the date being inscribed over the main entrance. The pilasters stand out on the carved stone facade. They are mounted on pedestals and crowned with capitals decorated in relief. We can also see the coats of arms of both aristocratic families on either side of the balcony on the first floor. These helo contribute to Lorca being known as the "Town of a huntred coats of arms".
