The branch office of the Bank of Spain in Murcia works with banks and offers the following services to the public: swaps pesetas for euros, collecting counterfeit notes and coins, exchange of damaged banknotes, national debt subscription, information request on the Central Credit Register (CCR) and submission to the Claims Service of complaints and queries relating to banking services provided by the banks.
