Archena Iron Bridge

The municipality of Archena recently undertook the construction of a new iron bridge connecting the town to the Madrid-Murcia freeway. The new bridge is wider and more practical than the old one, which had one single lane. The old iron bridge, restored using similar aesthetics and materials, has been moved down the river and is now used as a pedestrian crossing.
