In Inacua we intend to promote and lead the smart sport practice throughout the country, with the aim of promoting involvement in activities sports and physical training to help improve health, interpersonal relationships and quality of life for the integral development of individuals and families, with a management commitment and dedication to quality excellence.

Water: Aquarobics; Aquatono; Matroswimming, swimming Children, youth, adults and seniors; Swimming addressed; freestyle programmes, health programmes.

Children: Kids Fitness, Fitness Junior, Junior Martial Arts, Aero-Funky-Latin Junior.

Mind-Body: Stretching, Healthy Back, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates Golden Age

Aerobics - Toning: Basic Indoor Cycle, Indoor Cycle, Fitness Training;

Toning: Gap, Keep Fit, Power Pump, Abs, Fit-Ball.

Choreographed: Aerobics, Step, Funky, Aero-jazz, Cardio Box, Air Latino.
